Guest Speaker: Ernie Brass
Ernie Brass has been a long standing member of the IMA and has served on the board of directors of the Cleveland East Chapter for several years. He is currently the President of the IMA Cleveland East Chapter.  He has been a member of the Business Faculty at Notre Dame College since 2014 where he teaches Corporate Finance.

This two hour Ethics presentation will be divided into two parts:
Part 1 - Emphasizes the essential role and responsibility all accounting professionals have in contributing to an ethical work environment.
Part 2 - Provides the steps and guidelines for applying a formal code of ethics within an organization and helping managers and leaders discover how to bridge the gap between the formal policy and the day-to-day job opportunities that warrant ethical assessment.

This presentation will be eligible for 2 hours of NASBA-approved CPE credits for Ethics.
