11:00 am   Valuing a Business in an Era of Economic and Policy Instability

Ron DiMattia CPA/ABV, CMA

We have been living in a fairly lengthy period of economic and policy instability. This creates uncertainty when we value a business, because instability makes developing useful valuation analyses much more difficult. This presentation will provide background information about principles of valuation, elements of current economic and policy instability and how to deal with such instability in the context of a business valuation. It will also summarize steps that attendees can take to deal with economic and policy instability in their internal planning processes.
